FAQs and CARE INSTRUCTIONS 
What is the best way to preserve my creations?
We highly suggest storing your wearable creations in a cool and dry place, like a jewelry box or bag, when not in use. We do not recommend wearing acrylic or Polymer clay pieces into water as they are more delicate materials and will shorten the lifespan of your piece. To clean acrylic pieces use a microfiber towel to wipe away any fingerprints - especially on mirror acrylic pieces.  For wall decor , wipe gently with a microfiber towel and if needed, you can lightly mist a microfiber towel with water and rub the SHINY UNPRINTED SIDE (the front side).
 
What types of materials do you use often for your pieces?
  • Lux Acrylic sheets are made to be lightweight and are scratch resistant (not scratch-proof) as long as correctly cared for. Cast acryilc is hypoallergenic for most and is available in a wide range of colors and designs.
  • Polymer Clay is an artistic medium that can be used to create anything from statues to dainty jewelry. It is lightweight and makes a wonderful molding and sculpting medium. We use all sorts of techniques in our jewelry and love the flexibility and versatility offered.
  •  Epoxy and UV Resin to cover and create. UV Resin gives the ability to seal with a high shine finish after curing for a shorter time than epoxy.
  • Findings are considered items like: jump rings, earring backs and studs,  earring posts, etc. We use nickel-free findings and many of our items are also made with surgical steel posts/hypoallergenic posts. We do use some brass findings and strive to always use high quality lead and nickel-free brass products. 

 

HELP! I got my piece and it is broken! What can I do?
This is an issue that can occur, although rare, during the shipping carrier process. We are not responsible for the costs incurred outside of shipping rates for any customs or lost packages that may occur. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do everything possible to ensure delivery or a replacement/refund in correspondence to our refund/replacement policy. If your piece should arrive broken, please send us notification along with photo/ video of the damage within 24 hours. In most cases, we will file proceed with a claim or refund to the right channels once the video/photo damage is received. Please email us at info@rubeesoul.com. 
    
Refund/Return Policy
Because of the nature of our business and the small-batches we create, all sales are final. The exception to this policy is if a piece were to be proven damaged in transit as stated above or a mistaken double order that is caught closely after the mistake ensues. Where do you work out of and what Precautions are taken during the Covid-19 Pandemic?
 To ensure that your creations are made AND packaged safely, we do our very best to ensure that all packages are sanitized and handled in a clean environment. If we should come into contact and/or present with Covid-19 or Flu-like symptoms, we will pause production and/or packaging of purchased creations until we are cleared via a negative Covid-19 test. This is to ensure that we are as safe as possible with not only our health, but the health of our Rubee Soul family.
